COORPAROO TRUSTED LOCAL ELECTRICIANS
Electrician Coorparoo
Coorparoo is a suburb of contrasts. Classic Queenslanders and post-war homes sit a few streets from new apartments around Coorparoo Square and Old Cleveland Road. That mix means very different electrical needs, often on the same street.
Spanos ElectriCool is a family-owned electrical and air conditioning business based just down the road in Mansfield. We’ve helped Brisbane homeowners for more than 20 years, with upfront pricing and a lifetime labour warranty on our workmanship.
Queenslanders & Modern Apartments
HIGH-END PROPERTY CARE
Why You Might Need an Electrician in Coorparoo
Coorparoo mixes classic Queenslanders and post-war homes with new apartments around Coorparoo Square and Old Cleveland Road. That range of housing means very different electrical needs — and often older wiring that needs bringing up to standard.
You may need a licensed electrician if you notice:
Switchboard upgrades for older homes still running ceramic fuses or too few safety switches
Rewiring and extra power points during Queenslander renovations and extensions
Smoke alarm upgrades to interconnected photoelectric alarms ahead of the 1 January 2027 deadline
Fault finding for tripping safety switches and power outages
LED lighting and ceiling fans to keep timber homes cool and efficient
EV charger installation for homes and townhouses with off-street parking
